Our Featured Speaker: Karl Vaters

Karl Vaters has served in small-church ministry for over 40 years, so he speaks and writes from decades of hands-on pastoral experience. Karl produces resources for Helping Small Churches Thrive at KarlVaters.com and he is the author of five books on church leadership, including his newest, “De-Sizing the Church.” He has become known as “The-Go-To-Small-Church Guy.” He and his wife, Shelley have 3 children and 2 grandkids.
